It hasn't cleared up totally, it appears to have dried out and scabbed over. We just cleaned it with warm salty water and used an antibacterial powder from the pet shop. Seems to have done a good job and has stopped him nibbling at it. We also cut the fur around it too which could have helped with getting air to it and stopping it being so itchy.

That's good enough for me, it's driving her mad, so anything to calm it down for her before she goes to the Vet next Wednesday (I am working Monday and Tuesday unfortunately ) - She is a long haired German Shep, so cutting the fut makes sense.

Will get to the pet shop when they open in the morning
