Sorry, but another BT Broadband complaint

Trust me, as someone who recently had success with getting BT to sort out connection speed issues, you want to be phoning them and harassing them to sort it out.

Do what they say when they take you through all the virus scan, checking your router, etc. and eventually they'll realise it's a problem in their network and fix it.

Well you said your modem is currently synced at 4992kbps.

You need to keep this sync for 3 solid days (with zero resyncs) for your line profile to change.

If your sync has risen (back to where it normal is) then the same applies.. it needs to be consistent for 3 days before the profile is bumped up.
