I sense sarcasm but I'm not 100% so I shall answer two ways.
A) Why should he give way, he's on the main road and the OP should give way to any traffic as he's moving from a minor to a major road. STFU noob.

Plus im sure the emissions that eminate from my bottom whilst cycling are no where near as harmful to then environment as those ones being pumped out by cars and motorbikes
