Sound card for ASUS UL30A?

I listen to music on my laptop all the time. It occurred to me it would be worthwhile investing in a dedicated sound card... Is that feasible? I'm a bit clueless when it comes to laptop components.

You could get an external USB soundcard. I don't think it's possibly to get an internal soundcard, unless you can find a laptop that comes with one?

I use an Asus Xonar U1 all the time. Far superior to that of the internal sound chip.
