Sound card spec for headphone + amp setup

Hi,

Can anyone recommend me a sound card for this setup:

-DV amp
-Sennheiser hd 600
-Aego-M

I see the essence gets good comments but I don't really need the amp as I already have one... Would this still be worth getting, it'll be used mainly for music but some occasional gaming

Budget, about 130.

If budget is £130 my aswell get the best. ie the Essence. If the headphone amp you already have is better, use that instead
