Sound not coming from rear outlet

Hello,

For some reason when i plug speakers into the rear of my Gigabyte B550 Aorus Elite Motherboard no sound comes out however if i plug it into the top of the tower where there is another audio outlet it works fine.

Not sure if this is a software of hardware issue.

I assume you checked the playback devices in Windows?

Output devices below, I thought it was the realtek output but somethings gone wrong.

Realtek HD Audio 2nd Output is for the AUX on the top of the tower.

Realtek digital output I'd guess is spdif and the Realtek speakers is the rear I/O.
