Soundcard with up-mixing and front panel connector

Hi, i'm looking to buy a new soundcard that comes with a front panel HD port and also up-mixes to 5.1. This is to replace the shoddy Xi-Fi that comes with the crosshair III formula motherboard that has no up-mixing and completly dies when I plug in my front panel. Price range is about £60, Thanks.
