spare 3.5 bay what to use it for?

Hi all,

I have a spare 3.5 slot going on my Silverstone TJ02 and would like some ideas for what I could use it for, I already have a front USB ETH Sound ports in the little flippy down hidden at the bottom bit and a 3.5 fan controller in the other bay, my Dell Ultrasharp 2407WFP-HC has card reader built in so what can i use it for? all the display type things are for 5.25 bays.

Got an iPod? Could get creative and mod a dock to slot in there.

dont have an ipod no, have multplie Archos PSP and other gadgets for music and movies but nothing that will fit good idea though.

is there anyway I could get my logitech 525 remote to control my pc with something in that bay?

Yeah, if it's got a learn function on it so you can just point the supplied remote at your Harmony to teach it.

thats what im thinking but the harmony has this annoying "lag" which has left it pretty much useless to me, i press the button, 2 secs later it does what I ask it. (forgot I had it until i posted this thread) any alternatives to the imon?

little mini coffe table ? And you can make it the way so you can push it inside, this will make your coffe stay warm longer !

I can't find it, but ages back on ebay I saw a lighter (car lighter style) and ashtray which fitted in a 3.5 bay

Probably not a great idea, but looked pretty cool
