Speakers making weird noises.

Ok, random question of the night, but anyway. Speakers are making that odd noise you get when someone SMS's you, or phones your mobile. You know, that weird clicking/crackling noise, but my phone is turned off and its still been going constantly for at least 20mins. Any ideas what it can be besides aliens?

Clearly never seen 24 or any spy drama, everyone knows the government can track you even when your phone is turned off. Remove the battery and place the phone in a faraday cage, then put on your tinfoil hat. Only solution.

my logitech speakers pick up radio stations which isnt even english and its horrid
