I'm after a new case for my home/work setup (no gaming), I'm looking for something that's very quite, with very good sound proofing. I spend a lot of time doing software development work, and silent is golden. My budget is up to £100, however for something really special happy to go to £150. Ideally I would like someone to spec not just the case, but any alternate/additional case fans, as wish to build in one go.

These will be components of new rig.

Gigabyte P55-UD2 (mini ATX)
Arctic Freezer Pro v2, I5 750 (tiny overclock 5-10% at most)
2x NVidia Quadro NVS 295's (passive cooled 21w max watt each)
2x Samsung 1.5TB 5400rpm (acoustics set fully quiet)
May use a Weston Digital RE2 as boot drive
Seasonic X650 (fan never spins)
Soundblaster X-Fi, 2 x DVD's

Ideally midi size case, maximum height 55cm, but could be smaller. All steel/aluminum side panels, hate windowed panels, and don't care either way about led's/lighting! Easy to work with, and ideally out live many upgrades.

Dust filters on all intakes is a must, and like the idea of positive case pressure. Would prefer larger fans running at low rpms, also would be nice if fans were temperature controlled.

I appreciated any suggestions you have :)

Cheers
Jason

Cheers, yes I have already been looking at the R3, as you say ticks all the box's.

Does anyone know what the noise is like with fans on fully low?

I don't know, but I would assume it is very quiet.

It has fractal design fans, which are good in their own right, and not only that the whole case is covered in noise dampening.
