Hi all
Parts arrived yesterday and assembled last night. I am used to building systems so the assembly was straight forward. No real issues except for a bit of fiddling with one of the legs/pins on the stock cpu cooler which came jammed.
2nd issue was with what I can only assume was the gigabyte board. For the life of me I could not get the board to boot from a USB stick. I tried all different bios combos together with USB2 and USB3 ports. In the end I had boot from a CD which at the time I did not have. Is this an issue with the gigabyte Z77X-UD5H board?
Apart from that, very straight forward, huge upgrade from my last system and I simply cannot believe the speed of the crucial SSD - immense, would highly recommend.
Tested some gaming on diablo 3 on max and it blitz'd it.
Next I will update on some BF3 testing and some overclocking of the RAM.

Hi all
Played BF3 over the weekend, settings on almost max. Played for about 3 hours on 64 and 32 player maps.....didn't notice anything negative at all. No slow downs, no jerking, no graphics lag.
In fact I was so impressed I actually forgot all about the testing side and was so immersed in the game play and awesome graphics.
From a first test perspective, extremely happy with my new set up!
