Was thinking about going cheaper Intel E8200 and get the Abit IP35 Pro (Socket 775) PCI-Express DDR2 Motherboard???? Any other recommendations would be appreciated

Looks pretty good to me. If your gonna overclock then grab the E8200 but stick with the board you posted. Granted the pro is better but you really do not need the extra pcix slot and I think esata as well as a slightly better cooling solution are the only real differences. Take the extra cash from the chip and maybe invest in a good cooler for it.

Looks good though.
