I just bought this pairing.
Check the qualified vendor list on the gigabyte page.
I ended up getting a 3333mhz hyperx predator kit. No RGB and was the best price here.

Tbh what im reading is just get a 3000 or 3200 kit., Compare it to the QVL.

I don't think overclocking memory is that big a deal compared to the 9700k.
I hope to get mine on 5.0ghz on all cores, which should be a given.

So all that given.... 16gb of Corsair vengeance 3200 cl16 will probably be about mid price... Unless you calling £200 mid price. Then you can RGB for around that...

The prices get silly after 3333mhz...

If you dont want RGB then just get the 8pac 3200mhz kit and clock it i added to dummy corsair vengeance sticks with RGB so i get best of both worlds

Thanks for all the replies, I purchased some Hyper Predator 3600 MHz but am having second thoughts now about it and sending it back and buying some 8pack memory.
My OC's order arrived today 2 rather large boxes full of goodies!!

For the moment I will use my old MSI GTX 1070 until i decide what graphics card to buy (due to all the reports of RTX cards breaking) not sure what to do really.

I am taking the build slow and taking photo's that i will post maybe in the project logs section later.

I only knew Buildzoid from gamers nexus until i just checked his channel out. I assumed he was quite old going by his voice but how wrong was i! Lol
