I currently have a AGP 6800GT and has served me very well, and I use a NeoPower 480W PSU and a Asus A8V Deluxe MOBO with 1GIG of Pc3200 Ram. I need a new GFX card as am also hunting for X2 processors to give my rig a little more life....So please list me the top 2 GFX cards that wont require me to change things like the PSU.

An extra £30 gets you the HIS with 512MB, generally the more RAM on the gfx card the more support you get in higher resolution on the gaming. By the way what CPU do you currently have?
 
I would probably go for the Sapphire myself, the MHz is only an extra 20MHz on the GPU and 80MHz on the memory. You could even OC to that and get yourself a better cooler or something!
