Spec me a blu-ray player.

Have a new hd tv, and I'd like a blu-ray max £150.

What do you guy recommend?

My Sony s370 is fantastic value for money. At the time it was £100 delivered and it does a lot more than just play blu ray (very well)

I recently bought the Philips BDP2700 and has done me fine. Remote is a bit cheap and basic but you get what you pay for.

Also, does anyone else still use phono for sound? I'm a bit out of touch when it comes to sound.

Do you want the extra features? Some players can do iPlayer / Media streaming etc.
If you've got something else to do all that and want a basic player I'd recommend the PANASONIC DMPBD45 which you can get for £60 now
