Spec me a company car

You might find the best option is to take the car which has the shortest time left on the lease. For example if the BMW has a year left and the Mondeo over 2 then if you take the BMW you'll get to pick your own car much quicker.

I'm rocking a mondeo at the moment as a company car, I think it's perfectly acceptable. Sadly it's going back on Tuesday and its replacement, another mondeo but this time an estate.

I couldn't imagine spending £21k of my own hard earned on such a car but as a company motor it's great - it has all the toys, but sadly it has the 1.6 TDCi engine which is pants, albeit with superb economy (75mpg cruise / 45 mpg town).

My current one is in fetching Navy blue, however the new one is sadly in zanussi white.

Take the Mondeo to be honest, more spacious and will do the business however I'm pretty sure they can't force you to take an existing lease. It's only really in their benefit as they can send them back but they will get charged a fee. Certainly in our place they try and push existing leases onto you but can't force you.
