Spec me a DVD Player!

I am looking at purchasing a DVD player which will play most of all formats as well as media.

Budget is about £40 which isn't much but I'm not looking at paying anything more really as I'm not going to be using it that much. Something cheap and cheerful which will play most of what I throw at it :D

Any ideas? Looking at the Umax 7400 seems pretty cheap and plays pretty much everything but the reviews are not exactly filling me with confidence.
