Spec me a DVD TV combo

I am looking for a 22" ish DVD / TV combo to be wall mounted in the bedroom. I think I have it narrowed down to the following:

Toshiba 22DV501B
DGM ETV-2293WHC
Linsar 22LED905T

Anyone got any experience with any of these 3? Or are there any others I should be looking at?

The Toshiba 22DV501B looks like good value for money to me. Most DVD/TV combos we've used in the past have been cheap and cheerful Technic ones. We've not had a problem with them, but you don't have to spend a lot more to get a bigger brand.

The Toshiba is probably the safest bet. The others look like they have some cool features but the main idea is to get something reliable. I have heard that the DVD playing features of some of these combos can be a bit dodgy.
