Ok, I'm in need of a new keyboard but I'm pretty baffled by all the choices out there, will be used for gaming (BF3 & other FPS's mostly).
I've been looking at the various mechanical keyboards and really fancy a steelseries 6Gv2 or 7G but the price is hard to swallow!! Never used a mechanical keyboard before so I'm not aware of how much better they are than membrane keyboards.
I don't want/need macro keys/lcd displays etc etc, backlighting I'm not fussed about. A MUST have is full height/full travel keys like on the above steelseries models, I hate laptop-style flatter keys like some of the Razor series, I find they don't give enough feel for me (also keep in mind I'm converting back to PC gaming after a few years of console gaming, so having to learn WASD again
)
Are there any other mechanical keyboards out there that are a bit cheaper than the cost of a GTX460?
and if not, any recommendations for a non-mechanical KB with full sized keys?

PS. If I should just stump up the dollar for a 7G then just say so
