Spec me a Home Cinema system.

Hi guys.

After my recent thread I've decided to go for the Samsung LE32N73BD TV.
Now I want a decent (read: tolerable) sound system to go with it and forthcoming XBox 360.
From what I've seen on AV Forums, the Yahama AV59 gets good reviews for it's price as does the Denon DHT-1356XP.
I can't afford to with seperates so no point in recommending them.
My current DVD recorder (Liteon LVW-5006) apparently has rubbish connections so will need to be replaced.

So what I'm hoping is that one of you knowledgeable people can educate me and recommend a DVD player and a sound system capable of dealing with XBox 360, DVD player and TV Drive.

I have next to no knowledge on connectivity except that HDMI and Component are better than SCART.

Found this DVD player which looks like it would go nicely with the TV and (I think) has all the connections I'd need?
Anybody heard anything about this player?

Edit: Also had this recommended which would go well with the Denon speakers.
I have seen some mention of problems when playing DivX though - anybody know if this is an issue?
