Spec me a Mobo Please

Hi,

I have just recently purchased a Intel Core 2 Duo E2140. I now need to look for a motherboard to go with it.
I see that there are a few chipsets (P35,975,965). Which chipset and motherboard are currently known to be good? I do not want to spend mega bucks so a mid range board will be fine.

I will be looking to overclock the chip!

I'd go for one of the newer Intel boards with the P35 chipset. My preference would be the P5K Deluxe but, seeing as it's expensive, one of the lower-priced Gigabyte P35 would be good, too.
