So its time to dump the DS3 because its the worst piece of **** I've ever invested in.

I've always had DFI in the past and tempted to return to them, but are there any other boards that come close to the overclocking options that the DFI boards give you?

I noticed the EVGA board on this week only. Any good?

Budget is £90 maximum.

Will be for an e6320, 2gb CorsairXMS 800mhz and an x1950xt.

Thanks in advance. :D

Had problems since I've had it.

I'm on F12 bios now, all the problems have been prevelant on every bios I've tested on.

Shocking instability on an overclock of even 10mhz on my memory, I cannot run any sort of benchmarking utility because it just reboots itself as the the program launches, and I absolutely hate the bios. It has to be on of the worst I've seen thus far.

I've tried my CPU, RAM, GPU and PSU in my friends comp and no such issues exist on his DFI with my hardware. I put his e6600 and Corsair Dominator ram in mine and got exactly the same problems - ergo the Mobo is cack.

i nearly had to return my Asus p5k due to some poor bios. Id imagine the p35 are just too new right now , matter of time to be stable and perfect.

Id be tempted to get a gigabyte for the price!!! asus are premium for the dosh. next abit , MSI and gigabyte together.

Didnt think I could be able to RMA it, being as its booting at stock speeds. I can play games, surf the web, download cack and listen to music. It just wierd how only certain programs crash.

I had the same problems with a DS3P. Totally unstable 1mhz over stock. Contacted OCuK about it and they didn't want to RMA it beacuse it posted at stock. So good luck.

A pretty rare board on these forums but try Asus P5B-E plus, i got mine for a shade under £80. You would have to search around a bit though but its worth it. This board uses high quality capacitors which mean they clock very well. Infact i have managed to run my e6300 @3.6Ghz (mate's watercooling though). At the moment im running it on 3.4Ghz(stable) on air. Easily passes the 500fsb mark. A bargain for your budget. Plus it looks cool! :)
