Spec me a new psu please

i really need a new psu

my current rig is

p4 prescott 3.2ghz (478)
mobo GA-8IPE100-G
1gig of ddr 400mhz
2x sata hard drives
3x ide hard drives
1x dvd rewriter
3x 80mm fans
1x agp 6800gt 256mb

they just seem to be so many psu units 2 chose from so any recommendations would be good

If you get one with 500W+ you could use it for a future system when you go pci-express.

I would suggest getting the antec 500w psu 2.0 compliant....

only cuz I have one and it rocks
