Spec me a PC - £500 - £600

My younger brother is looking into getting in to PC gaming, hes got a budget of £500 - £600. It doesn't need to include windows, moniter, keyboard and mouse etc so no need to include that in the price. I think the main game he's interested in is CS:GO and some others.

If he can get by with 250GB SSD for a few months before adding another drive, the system won't be sluggish as it would be with OS on HDD instead of SSD. If he can't, then swap for HDD, at least won't affect much when he's actually gaming.
