think old one is dying, (either it or the mobo) have a ryzen 1700 and a 570 gpu so what would be a good psu to get, current one is a xfx 750w something but im thinking going for high quality so maybe a seasonic but id welcome any suggestions as to what, or what power level or any other brands and models that are good too.

A 550W would be fine for that setup.
The Antec 650W is currently the same price as the Seasonic Focus 550W and is basically a semi modular version of it (Made by Seasonic). If you want fully modular then go with the Focus.
