spec me a recipe for a white chocolate based dessert

I wouldn't waste your time making a ganache - it's not exactly a dessert in itself.

You can just about make some chocolate truffles from a ganache base, but you'll need more than four hours in which to do so.

Your best bet would be a cheat's white chocolate cheesecake. Marscapone/Philadelphia cheese, grated white chocolate (not Milkybar), digestive biscuits and melted unsalted butter.

But you'll need metal food rings to prepare them in. Not something everyone has knocking about the kitchen.

Not sure how similar to the previous cheesecake recipe this is but....

220ml of whipped double cream
133g of castor sugar
whip that in with the cream
add 440g of philidelphia
melt 133g of white choc (Milkybar works nicely)
add the choc to the mix and spoon onto a base

350g of Crushed Chocolate/plain digestives
160g of melted butter
pinch of salt
pinch of sugar
chilled in fridge
in a spring form cake tin
chill the cheese cake for about 3 hours

u can swap some of the philidelphia for mascapone for a richer creamer cheesecake

Sorry Tefal was asleep then at work, i will make it in Feb and post it up. I think passion fruit will work better thinking about it.
