Spec Me A Soundcard [5.1 HEADSET]

I have the medusa speedlink 5.1 headset with amp
and a creative 5.1 speaker setup with sub using onboard sound

which soundcard would be best for me i use the headset for gaming, music etc...

but it can be heard by other people (even when its not up that loud)
i will be willing to spend £50-60 on the soundcard.

I agree. I'll finally be getting one when I build my new systems at the end of the month.
I've been recycling an old SB Live card for the last 6 years or so.

I dont know which one to get -
Creative SoundBlaster X-Fi Xtreme Music
Creative Soundblaster X-fi Xtreme Gamer

I play games just as much as i listen to music! :rolleyes:

even though the music one seems to have a better rating
and good reviews... the gamer card supports 7.1
