Spec me a tripod

My girlfriend has recently got into photography and wants to buy a tripod.

What can you recommend for around £50?

You won't get anything worth having brand new for £50, best bet is to look for 2nd hand ones - a 2nd hand manfrotto 190xprob, or something similar, should be around your budget.
