Aye, in my opinion 21 provides a small discount and a bigger one at 25. What matters equally if not more collectively is where you live, how much no claims you have and what the state of your license is.

I remember my dads S14a. Me and my bro just managed to get in the back. However I was 9 and he was 5!

Sure, it's possible. I'm just questioning whether it's worth it.

An Evo 8 (I'd not touch a 7k evo 8) has to be upwards of £1500? That's if they will even entertain it.

I bought my M3 at 23 and Evo at 25 and was paying almost a grand back then. This was when insurance was more reasonable and I lived in one of the safest areas of the country, insurance wise.

You'd get a decent blobeye STI for that money, still not that cheap to insure mind. Think that's where I would look. Not 'luxury', but better than a 7k evo.
