spec me an office desktop pc - £400

I'm looking for a new office desktop pc for work to compare to the dell units we normally get.

Would need to run 2 screens, 4gb ram, 500gb HD.
Used for data processing/online systems.
would be nice to stretch to.....
windowed case and a nice looking motherboard, 8gb ram, additional SSD for OS.

All suggestions welcome

Budget is £400 but would need to include OS win 10 or 7 pro.

single big size ssd for everything, add on a mech drive at a later date if you need things to be separate, cheapest window case in m-atx form. you cant get windows in your budget new from here, but you can source it cheaply elsewhere.

i have a kabylake system with a celeron g3950, 8gb 2400mhz, gt 710 and with a smaller size ssd of a cheaper brand its pretty quick for basic stuff, so maybe a new build round one of those processors might keep costs down?

Weird requirements for a office desktop.

I'd never even consider building a PC for basic office use. 15 years ago, maybe, but not nowadays. Not worth the time and effort for the very minimal, if any, savings you can make.

just a thought, you could probably get a intel Nuc or something.

similar spec to exomale. ive changed to 120gb SSD, ive got away with this on my gaming pc and pc with applications, added a 1tb HDD and added case which has a glass window, and is on offer
