Spec me an online supplement store or two...

Mainly looking for vitamins and EFAs (essential fatty acids).

I usually go to Holland and Barratt, but there don't seem to be any in Belfast, plus it would be more convenient to have them delivered.

All the googling I've done so far takes me to sites that seem to prioritise whey and other proteins.

Udo's choice blend - best EFA available and that's as cheap as I can find them.

Think the other supplements are reasonable on there as well.

Sorry to hijack however, I'd like omega 3 however is there anything specific to the brain and memory, that would be the primary need ... is this the best ? :

The highest DHA value I have found ...Is that what im looking for , for brain power and memory.

Also, is there any other supplement which is better than omega 3 for brain and memory ? :confused:
