Spec me an upgrade!

Hi guys I've been reading lots of threads but it's starting to confuse me now!

So I'm in some money now and one idea I have is to upgrade my PC sound, currently I've got some HD595'S and an X-fi elite. I'm far from an audiophile but do like my music to sound as good as I can afford. I use spotify premium 80% of the time I listen to music and cd's the rest of the time so perhaps an upgrade would be wasted?

I was thinking about a Graham Slee Voyager with some HD650's going into the x-fi elite. Does anyone have any opinions? Is it a good idea to get some second hand 650's if they are in good condition?

I think myself i would think about not just an amplifier but also an amp with a quality dac section i.e the ibasso d4 mamba with dual dacs would be cheaper than the voyager but may also blow away your sound card in the sq department
