Dear fellow photog's, I am wondering if you could help me out on my pursuit for some better bags for my kit (it's not much). I don't have a strict budget on this as I can save up if required, but I don't fancy spending half a grand on bags.
Kit wise I have the following
Canon 60D + hand strap / Quick release plate - with a Tamron 17-50 VC attached.
Tamron 70-300 SP VC USD
Canon 50mm 1.8
Few Filters
Yonugo 565 Flash
Tripod + Mono pod
Various cleaning Kit
Looking to add a macro lens at some point.
Bag wise I currently have
Lowepro Slingshot 102AW - I like the quick access approach of this bag.
Lowepro TopLoader 50AW
Lowepro lens pouch 9x13 cm
The bags are extremely tight with my gear and also leave no room to take anything else if I wanted, like food/drink/ laptop/clothes etc...
What I am looking for are the following -
[Bag - 1]
Daypack style bag, can carry some or all kit (possible tripod/mono pod but not required) Space for other things such as food. 15.4" laptop capable. + A bonus if the camera section could be taken out for a bigger total area when Camera kit is not needed.
[Bag - 2]
Sport based bag, can carry some or all kit, tripod / mono pod holders are a Bonus! Space for other things such as food/spares. Space for a water pouch of 2 liters. Hopefully can take this out on hikes/ biking trails.
[Bag - 3]
Messenger style bag. As long as it can hold a few bits of my kit I am happy, tripod/mono pod not required, laptop not required. Sort of a walk around town kind of bag.
Note - If I could combine Bag - 1 and 2 that would be awesome and more than likely a winner for me, as I know I can convert a Laptop section into a water pouch holder if required (done similar with my work bag). I have looked at the Lowepro Fastpack 250, this could fill in what I need for the first two options at a push but I wonder if there are better options.
Please leave Ideas/Reviews/Recommendations as all are welcome!
