they have a lycra liner complete with padded bum area that clips into the baggy shell
the outer shell is good too , has loads of pockets and can be worn casually without the liner
sizes are on the small side though as i found when assuming medium would fit and couldnt even get my leg in lol
small is 28-30" , medium 30-32" ,large 32-34", XL 34-36"
