I'm looking for some new speakers for my 205 - must be 13cm speakers.

I'm not too bothered about price, but obviously not too expensive. I'm going to be installing DynaMat and a 10" sub at some point, so they must be good.

Whatcha got? :D

Personally i would go for components.

Components are a PITA to install, but I'm open to suggestions - the main unit must be 13cm, and have a relatively small tweeter.

Well I found my Alpines to be good, from what I heard Rainbow are also very good, plus the componant version of the Infinity ones I linked.

I have infinity components amped up and tbh they sound great, good detail and enough bass.

Easy enough to install as well.

Have you seen the speaker position on a 205? :p

Nope, the speakers are on the front of the doors, the covers are 75% hidden by the side of the dash..

Yeah I had to just go with some Sony speakers in the doors  I know! To be honest they aren't too bad for some small cones, and my brother bought some random 6x9's and some random 11/13cm speakers for the car as he didn't realise I would take the Sony's with me (along with my head unit).

I wired the car up so that there is always the doors, and then in the rear there are the random 6x9s for when the parcelshelf is in, and when it isn't there are the random round ones in the pillar, works for sound, can have low volume and general all round decent quality...supprisingly.

With the 205 the best bet for the doors is some decent ones like were linked, and put them hiden behind the grills. :)
