just got a puncture in one of the fronts, they are all getting low so decided i mite aswell change them now.

currently i have bridgestone turanza ER 300s which i can get again for £80ish per tire.

are there any alternatives?

i dont want to go over £80 per tire.

size is 205/55/R16.

thanks.

I got continentals.
Grip is good in both dry and wet

Only downside is they dont last as long as other tyres, depends how many miles you do as to whether its an issue or not. (Mileage for me was around 18k at time, rears are still the same as from new)

The GS-D3 was an excellent tyre. Bit squidgy in the larger profiles but bags of wet grip. Don't last very long, though. It's been replaced by better tyres these days but it's still better than a Toyo.

Dunno if the OP has sorted this one yet, but my 2p's worth - I use Michelin Primacy HPs on my Focus. Fantastic wet and dry grip, and I got around 23k miles out of my last pair of fronts, which I changed last week at around 3.5mm.

I have Michelin PS3 on my focus and I have done 25k on them, They will need changing in another 5000 miles. Good Tyres never had a problem with them.
