As for how the Humidor, in the 2nd photo, you can see the black filter. This keeps the humidity levels balanced. Not gonna lie, don't really know what "balance" means in terms of humidity.
 
You may as well get a fleshlight, lube, and some batteries. Then decide on what to spend the rest on.
