Which bike to get depends on what you might want to use it for in the future really. If you don't think you'll be doing much beyond cycling round country parks, then the bike you've linked will be fine. If you might want to start getting into cycling as a hobby then I'd look at getting a 'proper' drop bar road bike as they're much more comfortable over long distances than a bike with a flat bar.

jsmoke's advice about B'Twin's Triban range is spot on, they're pretty much the best value for money in your price range. If you have a Decathlon store near you,then that's the place to start.

To be fair, between the two bikes listed so far there isn't much difference:

The b'twin is a little lighter, but it would be given that it doesn't have a additional chainring and mech at the front, and doesn't have disc brakes.

Personally I'd go for the Carerra
