That my friend is imho the best rig full of high-quality parts that you can make for Oblivion for under £1000 including postage with enough change to fund a night at the pub.
The only thing you can do to better imo that is to spend a little extra and replace the X1800 with an X1900 which would bring the total to around £1'035, but if you're only gaming at 1280*1024 that might not be that necessary as the X1800 will handle that fine.
