Spider on the wall

Feek walks up the stairs, spots a spider on the wall.

Takes shoe off *thwack*

Young Master Feek who is following says "uuuurrrrgggghhhhh, that's a living creature!"

I look at the squashed splatted mess on the wall.

"No it's not"

Meh, I'm not a great fan of spiders, they come in my house and they're fair game to the bottom of my shoe.

It was on a painted surface, damp cloth and all the remains are gone and it's as nice and shiny as it was before.

The way I see it is that if I glass them up and let them go, they'll go running off to their spider friends and tell them that there's a nice warm house over there they can go stay in and if they're found, all that will happen is that the nice man will put them outside where they know they can get back in within about 20 seconds.

So, SPLAT! is the only way to go.
