Splicing Motherboards?

Had ram upped to 2GB for a while. have you done anything else to maintain its performance? mine died shortly after original post, replaced to 8gb 1333mhz +fx4100 as temporary stopgap, with £20 mobo until money starts coming in again.

If you think a little more in-depth into what you're proposing:

Aside from needing to manufacture your own motherboard with several parallel buses between cpus, and your own chipset among other things you'd also need to address the instruction set of each processor, the scheduling for the processors and probably write your own operating system.

Nice optimism, but I think what you're after is something like the transputer :D
