Is that meant to be funny? He changed the game. We strung 3 passes together on a few occasions after he came on :o

Seriously though, he done ok and along with Kelly and Aurelio, were the only players to come out of today with any credit.
 
Only positive - We didnt look like conceding every time the opponents progressed down our left flank with Aurelio there. And he was 900 times better at the other end of the pitch too.
For a player who's slower then Konchesky he never got caught out of position either.
Classy player! Just wish he wasn't made of glass :(

And Shelvey imo, he faded a touch toward the end but imo he was our best player for large portions of the match.
 
Well naturally Roy played him out of position but he done fairly well and for the first 15mins after he came things did pick up. He wasn't spectacular by any means but he looked the most likely to create anything and his first touch - a through ball to Babel - was actually the most creative thing we done all game.

He's technically extremely gifted, the only concern with him is his size. He's not the biggest and although he's got a bit of pace, isn't lightning quick.

We've got a younger even more talented lad called Suso coming through too. Like Pacheco he's on the small size but his touch and vision are out of this world. He's certainly 1 to keep an eye out for in the future.
