Hi, i am able to overclock P4 640 3.2GHz to 3.7GHz and get it to run stable. I have to increase the core cpu voltage a bit for it to run stable, as i do with the ram. I have a gigabyte 945PL-S3 motherboard.

Everything is fine until i turn off the computer off (when i have finished using it!), i turn it back on and it hangs until the BIOS does a reset of the settings back to the default FSB (my multiplier is locked so i have to increase FSB only). I can get it to run stable on overclock (its not overheating either) running prime95 for 8+ hours, just when i remove power it looses it. Do i need to increase voltages for RAM? Its currently at +0.3V nominal.

Cheers
