Stable temperatures for 7600GT?

Hi,

I want to know what stable temps are for my 7600GT. I currently have it clocked at 640 / 800, I ran the artifact test on ATITool for 15 minutes, and the temps seem to be hovering around 73 C. Is this OK or should I clock it down a bit? And what other tests can I put it through to monitor temps?
