Stains..

Babe.. it is never going to be the same, but good luck with the bleach etc.

Have you tried the Vanish stick and the gel? Soak it over night and scrub (if you can).

With regards to stains... does anyone know if black hair dye can come out of carpets? I have been told not.

Not my problem - my flatmates ;)

BB x

Tried vanish stick and gel - no luck!

As for the black hair dye on carpet... can't you put red wine on it or white wine and then scrub it with soda? Something like that! I would possibly google that before doing so though as black dye + red wine might just be bad news! :p

Blimey, that is expensive?

I always get mine fitted... usually around £30 each :)

I have to admit... I have to get all the trimmings with the bras too (matching knickers/thongs/shorts) :p

All of my bras I love to pieces cost on average around £40 though! Mega fussy and expensive but they always last for yonks and stay looking fab! :D

Ooooh terry nappies stuff... *adds to shopping list*... worth a try! Thanks!

I am a person, a proper person! It just so happened i am misuderstood a lot and my signature attracts controversy. Like i said to you before, dont judge a book by it's movie. :D

I'm no expert in cleaning such undergarments but I reckon this is your best bet:

Brush or scrape off as much as possible, using a little amount of ammonia and detergent, sponge item then soak in warm water for a short time, wash as usual.

Alternatively, try here:

Good luck :)

Pheebs - Have you tried Bravissimo? Some lovely bras for big knockers, and not too expensive either :)

Also, did you put the lotion on your face too? I have some of the Garnier Summer Body (same as the Johnsons stuff), but I'm too chicken to just put it all over. I'm not sure where to stop if I put it on my face either. Do you do your ears, eyelids etc.? :/ Silly question I know, but I've no idea how to use the stuff!! :)

Figleaves> Bravissimo

I actually went to the Cambridge shop on the way back from AT on the weekend and left both empty handed and nearly in tears :(

All I wanted was a white t-shirt bra and they had NOTHING in my size :/

I actually have about £350 worth of Bras arriving from Figleaves tomorrow :D ( I had to order most of them in 3 different sizes to make sure I got one that would fit .. most of them will be going back )

Did you go into the changing rooms and ask for sizes? The shop in Nottingham is wonderful. They have hardly any sizes on shopfloor, but if you go and ask them, 9 times out of 10 they can get them for you from the stock room.

Figleaves is also very good, but I'd prefer to go into a shop and try them on and Bravissimo is the only place that seems to do that which is why it gets my vote. They are also the only place I've ever been who actually gave me the right bra size.. without a tape measure too! I went up 2 cup sizes and down a backsize, and it's the best fit I've ever had! They do some nice shirts and things for work too.

Yep I went into the funky rooms downstairs and was helped by 3 different people who sadly failed to help :/

I hate ordering stuff online but I have no choice :(

I was helped by a lovely lady in the Gossard shop at Freeport who told me I had gone down 2 back sizes and up 2 cup sizes and this panache bra I have on from figleaves is a wonderful fit !

I love my boobies but god damn they are a pain in the arse at times :p

in all fairness, does it matter too much ? It's not as if you wear the bra on the outside, so shouldn't be too much bother ?

That way, you can carry on wearing it, and save a bit towards a new one, rather than a lump cost

You can't wear manky coloured straps with bright fresh strappy tops :( Boo! Plus, I like to look like I don't wear stained undies when undressing for my Pickers!! (what a turn off! Hehehe!) :)

I think I've done it though... sterilising tablets - second run of them... and they're slowly, but surely, doing the trick! I think I'll pick up some of the other bits suggested though for any future mishaps!

Big massive thank you everyone! :D

But where does the face stuff stop and the body stuff start? Do you put the face stuff on down to your neck? I'm paranoid it'll all go horribly wrong :$ Might pop down to Tesco to get some of the face stuff though :)

Face stuff for your face, under chin and behind the ears! The Johnsons lotion is excellent for sensitive skin too (I've got uber sensitive skin) so you can apply it over and around your eyes quite nicely! I even splodge a bit in my eye the other day and it didn't hurt a bit! For my neck I use the body lotion! :) Seems to do a good job and no need for foundation or blusher! Score! :D
