Standalone Blue-Ray Player

Hi,
Can anyone here suggest a good, cheap, BlueRay player?
Thinking of buying one for the other half.

Also, do i have to worry about the firmware problem with modern BR players?

Ive ordered a sony BDP-S360 player with angels and demons, slumdog milionaire and terminator salvation for £134.00 with free delivery, reviews ive read say that its a pretty decent player for the price.

i just picked up a samsung bluray player with 3 bluray disc`s for £129 from blockbuster
disc`s are wolverine, fast & furious and terminatator salvation

it has a network connector to update firmware online

That bundle with the sammy suits me better but I wouldn't touch anything sammy made with someone else's bargepole.

I'm still in two minds over picking up a cheap machine or building a htpc to do the job. All my av gear is champagne gold coloured and no one makes a blu ray machine in that colour.

I've got a panny dvd-a player that isn't used much so could mod a cheap blu ray player into that with some work...wouldn't want to hatchet a new machine though to try and for love nore money can I pick a used player up cheap except on the bay.
