Standard 7950GT (512mb) or Winfast 7950GT Extreme (256mb)?

I can get either a standard (either asus or gigabyte) 7950gt with 512mb mem or a leadtek winfast 7950gt extreme edition with 256mb mem for about the same money. i know the winfast extremes are slightly higher clocked and i will be o/c either card i go for, so which one should offer better performance also bearing in mind the leadtek has less mem?

Just get the 512MB and overclock. Simple really.

You can always overclock for extra speed, cant get extra memory if it isn't there.
