Was 150 yds from OCUK - now 0.5 mile; they moved
ggggrrr, getting annoyed by my bank.

I currently have just moved house and the estate agents got me to fill in a SO mandate form, however I want to change my bank whihc the funds come out of.

I have contacted the estate agents, they posted to SO form to my bank about 5 working days ago , not setup on my account.

The money is due out on Tuesday (next working day due to Bank Hols)

The mandate form must still be inn the post, I have spoken to my bank to cancel the SO, but as they dont have the form yet they cannot cancel it.

The funds are not in my account, I fear they will get the form on Tuesday and the payment will be attempted on Tuesday, currently the bank./staff I spoke to do not know if the payment will be attempted if the head office receive the form on Tuesday (this is bounce if so)

The bank has also states that I am not able to setup a SO by a form for a payment to a company, I believe this is BS, does any1 know?
 
Ive had a loard of crap from my bank too at lunch. They are a law unto themselves and imo have absoloutly no interest in satisfying customers, just making money and avoiding any real responsibility of thier actions. I understand this is the same as any company, but where you can boycot a company, theres only so many banks out there and you really have no choice but to use one. You have my sympathy.
