It's the only thing that's going to happen quickly, getting a car isn't realistic in a sensible time frame (money alone for lessons, tests, car, insurance). If you could drop that on a car today £13 for a taxi wouldn't be a problem

I think for a 50cc scooter you just need the provisional, not even a cbt?

I think you should get your mum on here, I'd like to hear her opinion on the matter.

Im having trouble seeing the point of the thread really. You answered your own question in the OP about moving out and then every alternative solution has been met with a problem leading back to the original 'move out' answer.

His mum does not work and he provides money for the bills. Its not as simple as just moving out.

That's if you’ve got a full car licence and passed your test on or before January 31st 2001.

Otherwise you require a CBT Certificate.
