I'm getting back into training training in February, i'm in Australia until mid-January and I hate going to the gym in January's any year due to all the "New year resolution" types who clog it up and never stick with it.
Playing football 3 times a week so got good fitness (good engine in me) but I need to do some resistance training again. Problem is most gyms around here (Reading) are miles away and I dont drive (walking 20-25 miles a week as normal is never a bad thing).
